Our process is deliberate. Proud Vulture beers are brewed in small batches — each one watched, tested, and tasted until it earns its wings.
We partner with local farmers and maltsters who value sustainability and craftsmanship. Whenever possible, we reuse, repurpose, and reinvent: old barrels, wild yeast strains, and ideas that deserve a second flight.
Good beer takes time. We don’t rush — we hover patiently until everything lands just right.

That bird became our mascot, our muse, and our silent business partner.
